Every year I tell myself I’ll start planning for Christmas a little bit earlier, and every year I do start getting things together a bit sooner than the last. But even with that I’m always finding myself scrambling at the last minute to finish things. Maybe it’s just part of my personality (I’m always running late), or maybe it’s because Christmas really just is that hectic. For whatever reason I thought I was ahead of schedule this year, then all of the sudden Christmas was a little over a week away and I still hadn’t sent out my Christmas cards!
I love using natural greenery and subtle decorations and wanted to share a look at our home for Christmas. Each year I like to do it just a bit differently than the last and this time around I kept it simple and uncluttered. I incorporated black and white buffalo check throughout the house with wreaths and sprigs of fresh pine, magnolia, and eucalyptus. All the greenery here is natural, and a lot of it is from plants and trees in our yard! Hope you are all having a great holiday season and if you have any questions about anything leave it in the comments.
