Ahhh October, crunchy leaves, cooler temps, cozy sweaters, cold and flu season… I’ve been pretty miserably sick the last couple days with no voice to boot. I want to say all the pros outweigh the cons for Fall, but currently am seeing the pumpkin spice latte half empty. Anyway, I’ve been crushing on all things burgundy, blush and cream lately which inspired this months edit.
I’m also starting to think of winter (it’s coming, guys) and totally embracing the Danish Hygge concept this year, (just don’t ask me to pronounce it). If you live in a place that has cold, dark, loooong winters, it’s worth a look. The concept is to create a warm atmosphere that happens to include lots of candlelight, warm fuzzy feelings, and my favorite, furs (hence the ottoman and pillow you see here). So here’s to enjoying the little things and making it through another winter.
